METHOD 1 "Extend search queries"

This method allows to use most associated or most popular tag pairs to extend search query. The web-site of the method is available here.

METHOD 2 "Tag snowflake"

It is the next level of tag cloud. Tag snowflake displays the tag and associated tags with it to predefined level. This allows to make navigate more accurate. The web-site of the tag snowflake is available here.

METHOD 3 "Keyword research tool"

You can use tagatum.com as a keyword research tool for your search engine optimisation needs. Also you can find new niches to promote your products in Google AdWords and other contextual ad systems.

We'll demonstrate it with the example of "3G". First, we search "3G" in tags getting the following popular tags:

• 3g - Tag weight: 72
• 3gp - Tag weight: 16
• 3g iphone - Tag weight: 7
• 3g network - Tag weight: 2
• 3g definicion - Tag weight: 1

We don't need 3gp mobile content and 3G Networking but we are interesting in Apple iPhone 3G. Clicking "3g iphone" link we can see all tags associated with the tag "3g iphone": apple, iphone, cell phone. Not too much, but try to explore iphone tag! Here we have some uncommon keywords to use on your website or AdWords campaign.

METHOD 4 "Find associated blog posts"

If your blog post has tags or label specified you can search similar blog posts not only with original tags of your blog, but also using associated tags in tagatum.com. The list of associated tags can be obtained with tagatum.com API.
