Instructions to use:

Hold the abdominal wheel and roller tightly with both of your hands and stoop on the floor. Best little piece of fitness equipment I know this sounds silly but this little wheel has had a huge impact on me in just under a week of use. I have been rolling out on this wheel for fifteen reps in three sets every day since it has arrived and already I feel much stronger around my core. I feel my stomach tighten up both on the upper portion as well as down low. My lower back feels as though it is being exercised as well. Knowing your weakness maybe your greatest strength My intentions were good, and I thought I was still in pretty good shape, but after a few days, forget about throwing in the towel, I threw it in my son’s room. From the looks of it, it’s working as he uses it everyday and has great abs. It really makes you work your abs and arms. However, once I stretched out, I couldn’t seem to bring it back. I think I’ll stick with yoga, it’s more age friendly for those of us over 55.

Good sturdy product. Good sturdy product. Now if I could only master the ab wheel. I love that it came with a pad for your knees. I have my gym in the garage and even though most of the floor is covered with padding, the wheel would have a hard time, but thankfully the padding this comes with is perfect for my hard gym floor.
