Abmat information Item arrived as described.However, Abmat was very, very firm. If you are used to using this item at a gym or therapy center you may be surprised how firm a brand-new one is. It will require a good amount of use to soften up the foam core. It should then be much more comfortable.DVD is helpful with simple easy to follow directions, but short, total running time is about 15 minutes.Also, the paper instructions and excercises do not match what is demonstrated…

It isn’t going to do the work for you like a gimmick ab machine, so if that’s what you’re looking for than move on. This is a perfect crossfit piece of equipment because it only aids in back support while you do the work yourself. Great!! This thing is great! It really does position you to get a good range of motion, and I don’t feel as though I need to do as many crunches to get a good ab workout, because, who has time to do lots and lots of crunches? LOL! Now if I would just use it as often as I should…
