A great product, when it’s working. First off, for the price, it is an excellent value. It’s as stable as any high end and higher priced elliptical trainer. It runs very smooth and quiet. Although heavy, it can still be moved around due to the wheels in the front and and sturdy lift points in the rear. The display is very simple to program and does store previous run info for 2 users. It does also have a guest option as well. It has a port for an 1/8″ jack with wire to plug in any mp3 player or ipod.Built in programs…

I am very disappointed in quality of machine and customer service as well I am very disappointed in quality of machine and customer service as well. The first time machine started to make a loud noise after three weeks of use for about 3 hours weekly. I called customer service. They sent replacement part and tech came to my home to fix machine. He also advised me to keep all bolts and nuts tight to keep noise down. This was helping for few month and finally tightening bolts and nuts stopped to help. The noise is very loud. Highly rated, great value I purchased this machine the end of January. It comes very tightly packed, but the plastic housings on the flywheel arrived cracked. I attribute this to the cold temperatures here in the Northeast, and plastic is bound to be damaged when it’s cold and brittle.I called Customer Service as instructed, and was told the parts I needed were back ordered until March 1. The machine was operable with the cracked housings, so this was not a problem.The replacement parts arrived…
