PIA setting up for first use I’m taking a short break after assembling the first of the 3 that I bought just to write this review. What a pain in the a$$ these are to put together the first time. It has taken me an hour to slide these dang things down and space them 18″ apart. Now I’ve still got 2 more to go. Save yourself time and irritation, and purchase pre-measured ones if the spacing doesn’t really matter to you.

Good for Coordination! It nice for a gym workout and more importantly the storage bag included to keep it altogether.

Five Stars Easy to use for sports training.
