Didn’t know I wanted one until I got one. At 51, my upper arms have gotten a bit loose and I ponder ways to strengthen them but none of the traditional methods have kept my interest.I saw this medicine ball and was intrigued by the handles. When it arrived, I put it in my bedroom and at bedtime I decided to just lay back, hold the handles and start lifting it over my head. I loved that I could just relax and lift it as many times as I want and NOT worry about it slipping out of my hands and falling on my face…

Easier to Handle/Lift than Dumbbells I really like working out with this medicine ball. The handles make it so easy to grip/lift, feels far more secure in my grip than dumbbells.20 pounds is just a bit more than I normally use for my arm workouts, but the this design makes the extra weight easy for me to lift. Especially when working my triceps.
