Patented Dual-function Pec Deck: Traditional flys are performed by pressing elbows against the pads, and dumbbell style flys are performed by grabbing the handles and swinging outward to chest height, and then pressing forward and together. Range-of-motion adjustments fit every size user and provide for rear deltoid flys. Adjustable and Comfortable: Seat and seat back are fully adjustable, while high density foam is contoured for lumbar support and covered by heavy-gauge vinyl. Low Pulley Station: Easy to access and provides plenty of room for exercises such as leg kicks, arm curls, low rows, deltoid raises, and more. Bench Press Station: Adjustable starting point allows for different size users and provides a variety of exercises including bench press, incline press, shoulder press and mid row.

Very good investment! The first day I had this, I got probably the best workout I’ve ever had in my life. But afterward, everything was down in the basement and it was time to assemble the product.Assembly was fairly straightforward, although there are instances where the picture shows more things being done than the accompanying words (most end caps and things like that being installed, but if you miss them it’s a pain to go back sometimes).
