Not hard to assemble yourself with clear directions, but still a good 90 minute to 120 minute job. It’s great machine but quality could be improved. I love this machine but within a week or so it started to make noise at the right front pivot shaft.The shaft is not perpendicular to its mating plate, it has a slight bend to it. When the crank arm is at the lower position, the linkage bushing slides outward and bangs into the stop washer/bolt. I have a nylon washer to take up space so it would not slide in or out to make a noise.
Great investment for my physical fitness goals. This will kick your butt, even if you’re in decent shape. I like how many programs there are to choose from and most of them are only 14-15 minutes. Some are more challenging than others, which is good so you have a choice between a hard core workout and just staying loose. My only complaint is that one of the peddle connections with the rotating “drum” (for lack of a better description) will sometimes knock back and forth on one side. It feels like the screw that’s connecting the two…
