THIS IS NOT A TOY For once I bought a product that exceeded my expectations. All the reviewers before me who had problems I can’t see why. I would recommend using water for women and sand for men. Installation takes 5 mins from the moment the box is opened.The ball flies back way further than I would guessed. It instantly improved my hand eye coordination because my accuracy is night and day from when I first got it (month ago).All in all I saw the price, I saw it was marketed for kids so…

this is lovely! Fantastic! Great for a workouts and stress relief. Actually puts me in a good mood when I’m finished. I work the ball for 45 minutes. The quality of this is very well-made , this will last for a couple of years at least! Comes with gloves , ball pump, no English instructions those. But not too hard to figure out. Saw a review and agree solidly with them, be sure not to step on the base ! I highly recommend this product. It’s great!!! 10 plus stars !!
