terrific workout i am 65 years old and was able to do this workout although it was very challenging. Cathe is so motivating and the music is great. Strength training and cardio-you can’t beat that.

Loved this I really enjoyed this!Some of Cathe’s strength workouts have serious dread factor for me and also feel some of her workouts use too much ecquipment and I don’t have a lot of floor space.The time flew by in this one and the music and energy made it fun-did all the bonus add ons as well and loved them all!

LOVE Cathe! I have a library of her DVDs from over the years. Now in my 50’s I can’t do the high impact workouts like I once did–so this series is absolutely perfect. Good duration, good sweat and all over body workout.
