Athletic Training is a low impact circuit workout that takes fitness circuits to a whole new dimension. Be prepared for nonstop action using my cardio club step, a set of light and heavy dumbbells, a firewalker band and a pair of Slide N Glide exercise discs. Depending on the exercise, you’ll vary your step height anywhere from 8 to 10 inches while you challenge your body both on and off the step in a variety of challenging ways. You’ll do compound exercises along with isolation exercises, work the upper and lower body both simultaneously and separately, do low impact cardio exercises with and without discs and bands, and even throw a superset in here and there for complete exhaustion! The total time of Athletic Training is 56 minutes (Warm Up 6:07, Circuit Training 46:27, Cool Down/Stretch 3:23)

Challenging and Easy on the Joints Thank goodness someone came out with a high intensity low impact workout! I am a HiiT interval junkie because I love the results. After doing 10 years of high impact classes and home DVDs (Insanity, P90X, T25) my joints and low back were paying the price.
