Great for home workouts As I noted in the review for the Exercise Cards Suspension, I love these cards! I hole punched each and put them on a ring for easier use. I will be buying all of them as released. My photo is attached.

but it seem like they would be very durable the coating on the cards makes them slippery, but it seem like they would be very durable. the exercises are divided into upper body, core & lower body. there is a drawing to show you which muscles are used for each of the individual exercises, as well as a depiction of how each exercise should be performed. and there are a lot of exercises – which helps me to formulate what type of work out i want to do that day. the pack also includes examples of which exercises should be performed…

Love these cards!! I have multiple card sets from New Me Fitness – body weight, TRX, barbell and hand weights. The cards are a great way to plan out a workout without having to think all that much.
