Excellent product for in-home physical therapy Worth every penny! We are using this and the OPTP Wooden Uniplane Rocker (484) to deal with a peripheral neuropathy issue, and it’s really helping. Good exercise for less active If you are skeptical of the benefits, try one for a few days. This will make you realize which muscles you are not using with a less active lifestyle. Frustrating at first, but after about 10 days the muscles begin to cooperate and balancing becomes easier. I cannot confirm, but I believe it has been beneficial in helping recover from poor posture from years of desk jobs.
