Great for the price, read below for assembly tips Dislike: The movement of the lower cable assembly is not good. The weights will smack the top of the rack if you stand and perform half a biceps curl. The resistance from the pulleys for this line is also very tough. The other 2 (mid and upper assemblies) are very smooth. I assembled it yesterday and will post an update if I figure out a way to smooth out the resistance by loosening some tension.Note: buy grease before you start. Wal-mart sells a quick dry item called “white lightning”…

I would recommend having someone else with you to help put it … It took a little longer to put together than anticipated because I was unaware that some of the parts needed Silicone Lubricant, so I had to order that.The instructions were a little complicated but not too hard to follow, I would recommend having someone else with you to help put it together in the early stages of the build for stability, and for the pulley system due to multiple parts needing to be held to get things in place.I’ve been using it for about a month or so,…

Good for the price, takes some time to set up properly Surprisingly easy to put together. Helps to have a socket and wrench set. Uses a variety of different bolt sizes but mostly 13mm and 17mm. Directions are detailed and easy to follow but it will take some hours to work through it all, as there are many parts to assemble. It says two people are required for assembly but I didn’t have much trouble setting it up myself.
