People with strong grips tend to be strong elsewhere. The gripping muscles pass through the forearms, the wrists and into the hands, fingers and thumbs on both the front and the back of the forearms. A strong grip is essential for strong lifts, better injury resiliency and any sport where catching, throwing, or lifting is involved. To develop a stronger grip, your goal is to squeeze the gripper so that the handles touch together and work up to multiple reps. Starting your grip strength routine with these starter grips will insure a safe and effective way to work up to stronger and more efficient grip strength.

I am not a happy customer. J/lift you missed an opportunity to turn … Just got these hand grips last night. One broke at first use. Called j/fit to give them the opportunity to make it right as note included said to call them first. The note also said they “strive to make and keep our customers happy”. The response from them? Contact Amazon. I am not a happy customer. J/lift you missed an opportunity to turn this around. First time purchase your from company. Also the last.

Beginner’s Set I’ve owned these for a couple weeks now and use primarily when I’m stuck in traffic during my commute to work. I started doing 25-50 reps, and currently plateaued around 75-100.I’ve never owned hand grips before so I cannot compare the resistance but seems sufficient for me. I do consider myself a beginner. These work great in the traffic since it is more time that I am killing than doing strength training. The grip is pretty cheap but good enough (even if it is barely). I plan to…
