Decent for kids. Not recommended for adults. NOT gym-grade. Decent enough for kids, but won’t last very long against an adult who likes to give it a good hit every now and then. I got a set for my 12-year old nephew and one for myself. My nephew’s is still holding up fine, whereas mine has completely fallen apart. The bundle seems like a good deal, but it turns out it’s mostly worthless and cheap stuff. Not bad. I’m gonna start with the short version: If you’re just looking for something to hit around the house with non-permanent setup (good thing for apartment people), go ahead and get it. The price is good and it’s held up to a few good sessions so far with no sign of bursting, tearing, etc.On to details as to why I took stars off:-The bag was lopsided. it’s tight enough for home use but it’s not like the ones you see in actual boxing gyms The bag depletes air within a day or two. I constantly have to pump air into it. It’s also hard to pump air into it because the hole is on the bottom in between the loop. You have to hold the bag straight or it’d be hard to pump. The gloves provided offer no use at all, you don’t really need gloves at all. The bag is soft and light. As far as the elastic band, it’s tight enough for home use but it’s not like the ones you see in actual boxing gyms.
