Not nearly as effective as the mounted model It does a fairly good job of rolling up your wraps but it’s difficult to hold the roller, turn the crank, and feed the wrap into the roller. That’s because you need to simultaneously engage in three tasks with two hands. The crank is for some strange reason made of two steel bars that tend to collapse on each other while turning. Works simply and easily, as it should This device is simple and easy. First straighten out your wrap out on the floor so it’s as straight and flat as you need. You then push the “hook and loop” end through the bar at one end of the device. Then push the handle through the hole in one side while pushing the end of the wrap between the handle pins. Save Your $20 and Just Do it By Hand I have no idea why I either didn’t read or didn’t see the poor reviews before I purchased. Conceptually, this is a good idea but extremely poor in its application. I have previous wrist injuries, so I figured this would really take the effort out of rolling up my hand wraps. The amount of wasted time/effort trying to continuously flatten the wrap, while cranking it into the feeder and simultaneously holding the base is actually worse than doing it completely by hand.
