Good flexibility in matching level of physical ability As someone who wasn’t in great shape to begin with and is now working on rehabbing my leg after a stroke I have found the M-Pad to be a very useful device that complements other types of equipment well. The ability to adjust levels is a great feature; at Level One (i.e., using just one of the three rubber base pads), the M-Pad challenges my balance and seems to work every muscle in my legs while I still feel safe using it. Fairly easy to balance and the Games in the App provide … Had my knee replaced and started using it to rehab 2 days after surgery. Fairly easy to balance and the Games in the App provide the challenge. Very approachable for most people without a lot of prior balance training.
