The support that does not exist. Two months into it the actual terminal burned out. Fine, I try to find the repair shop. Impossible to get in touch with anyone. Hold on forever. Not returned phone calls. Can’t call on weekends. Terminal not in stock. Get wrong terminal in mail, wait another month for another terminal. Finally get it to work. Only to find out the older book holder no longer fits with newer terminal. More wait time, still have not received it. The same day lower elbow cover cracks off for no reason. Very low…

Everything it should be. We have been using our NordicTrack Elite 10.9 Elliptical for two weeks now and absolutely love it! It is everything it is suppose to be and more! Buying this through Amazon Prime was a breeze! Not only did we get it for less than the NordicTrack Store, it came with free truck shipment and free in home assembly! We were able to have it up and running the next day! I would definitely recommend purchasing this product through Amazon!

Track wheels are FRAGILE I have been using this machine LESS than 45 days and the track wheel under the right foot pad has COLLAPSED. The material is obviously shoddy if it can’t stand up to a full grown man working out for even 45 days. I have contacted the company because I had the foresight to buy the warranty. Overall the machine is great, but it’s only so great when your whole routine is NOT being shot in the foot by a shoddy, substandard part that curtails you using a machine that costs over $1,000.00 within…
