Decent Priced Quality Bag With Some Nice Extras This bag came with almost everything needed to set it up in a basement or garage – you just need something to mount it to. In my case I just picked up a generic beam mounting bracket and set this up in my basement.The bag seems to be pretty decent quality. There were a couple of threads sticking out at the seams, but nothing actually loose.The gloves and hand wraps it comes with are a nice addition for those that don’t already have those things, or need an extra pair…

Good punching bag, not too soft, comes with gloves & wraps Currently we have this set up in our garage & need to make a little more room around it. So far it seems well made is not too cushy (duffel bag stuffed with clothes) or too firm (like loaded with sand).The included gloves are so so. They are a very thin vinyl type material for the coverings. They have a simple wrap over strap on the wrist. There are also a few extra wrist wraps for smaller hands. The only issue we had with setting this up so far was the bolt that goes through…

Fun great workout with a nice heavy duty punching bag! A lot of planning went into mounting! It is really heavy duty. I did some punches and kicks on this thing and it holds up very well. It seems like it will hold up to years of punishment.It comes with a lot of extras like gloves, wraps, as well as three ways to hang it which is awesome when you are trying to figure it out.
