Still functioning well Assembled easily in about 2 hours. Plenty of adjustment, with some left over, for my wife, 5’1″, and myself, 6’1″. The display is hard to read in low light, but, other than that, this machine met our expectations. It is quiet and smooth.Update: we’ve used this machine daily for several months. Operation is quiet and smooth. Easy to adjust the seat for the two of us. This purchase was a good one

Arrived with missing parts – ProForm Customer Service is a joke I had tested this model in a local sports store and loved it. I purchased on Amazon for the convince and cheaper price. It arrived with missing parts, including the hardware. I contacted both Amazon and Proform. Amazon directed me to ProForm because the machine should be covered under warranty. However, I was on hold for over an hour with ProForm customer service before I hung up. This is ridiculous. Not to mention I have a recumbent bike I cannot use and parts all over my floor for who knows…

She was an avid bicycle-rider before the disease progressed and so this has been a wonderful alternative for her Purchased this for my wife. She suffers from MS and has leg control issues. She was an avid bicycle-rider before the disease progressed and so this has been a wonderful alternative for her. With the back support and low entry it allows her to exercise with comfort and ease. She highly recommends this bike for people in her situation.
