good machine but FRAUD iFIT.. BEWARE.. ACTIVATE your machine the machine is good and well built. however one of the main axles had an issue so had to order a new part. the replacement part also came very fast (5 days). took me around 3 hr with some help from my wife to put together the machine.the biggest complaint I have is how they (both proform and ifit) are tricking the customer into signing up for iFIT membership. Use Without registering So I paid hundreds of dollars for an elliptical only to find out they were trying to force me to join a membership to use it. I found out if you hold the iFit sync button for 20 seconds it will activate without their extortion nonsense memberships. It seems to be a good machine but the company is sleezy trying to con their customers into buying a membership into something they didn’t tell you about before you buy the product.
