best boxing set for a newbie This had really helped me get back to working out! It’s so fun to sit there and punch something and get it all out! The only thing am not happy with I can punch the punching bag for about 20 mins and then it keeps unscrewing its self from the poll. I have had my husband put it on as tight as he can do it and it still keeps trying to come off. But I love it!! perfect for a woman my size am 5’3

Should be more secure especially when the screw is tight before use.

good It is great. I only put water on the base and it bare move when I punch. But if I hit it really hard it do move a little. So I suggest fill it with the sand and water and suggested by the manufacture. My BF(24 yo, 170 lbs) punching it a lot and I will say it’s strong enough. It’s not as sturdy or as best as sandbag, but good enough and worth the price.Make sure you inflate the ball enough. We have used it for a month and haven’t need to reflate in yet. So I assume other people might not…
