The Pure Fitness Boxing MMA Target Bag is the perfect gift to promote exercise in children while also helping to increase agility and hand-eye coordination. Targets are placed at strategic locations around the punching bag, allowing children to practice different martial arts more efficiently. With its rugged vinyl construction, this punching bag can withstand an onslaught of kicks and punches. As long as the base is filled with sand or water, the punching bag will always bounce back for more. The base can be filled with either sand or water for stability. Sand is more effective for larger children as the solid sand doesn’t move as easily. The Pure Fitness Boxing MMA Target Bag stands 64” tall and includes a foot pump for inflation. This punching bag is recommended for ages 6 and older.

If you want to feel like every tap is a KO… Pump is less than compatible with bag but it is workable. Real problem is that with any more than a tap, the bag doesn’t actually bounce back up

Great Low Budget Starter Bag When I decided I wanted to do some kickboxing (or something similar) to be a little more active when stuck indoors, I went in search of a bag. I realized that we don’t really have the right space and structure for a hanging bag so started looking at free standing bags. I quickly found that I had limited choices in my budget range and hoped this would be a good place to start. After getting this bag, Guido and I filled it with sand and blew it up. Poor Design, difficult to full, doesn’t bounce back The opening at the bottom is very small, making it extremely difficult to full with sand. The foot pump is small and would take forever, so we ended up using an electric pump. Once filled, we found it wouldn’t bounce back when hit…plus it had a small hole at the top. Even though there was a patch kit included, we decided we were fighting a losing battle and returned it. Nice idea but extremely poor design.
