Works well, but hard to adjust? I really like this grip strengthener. Its comfortable to use and has a large range for grip training. Unfortunately, since I adjusted it to the highest weight, I haven’t been able to lower the weight ever since. This doesn’t bother me too much because I can fully close it at the highest weight, but I would like to lower the tension in order to train at higher reps. Any tips? I’ve tried pushing on the lower part of the spring while trying to spin the adjustment knob, but with no success.

Works really well, very sturdy. I’m completely happy with this. It has a number of good points and only one iffy thing.On the side of the barrel (currently listing pic 3) it has a print graph or whatever, letting you see what poundage you’re set to.Both handles have a large patch of ridged silicone for good grip.The adjustment knob is fairly large and ridged all the way around for grip, but you’re still tugging on a spring so it’s not always going to be easy to move.
