SKOGG System, presented by Michael Skogg, is a 5 DVD set.  It contains one instructional DVD and 4 workout DVDs. Each workout has 4 different levels, so anyone from a novice to a warrior can tailor the workout to fit their fitness and ability level. The workouts vary in length from 10 minutes to 35 minutes, the higher the level the longer the workout. In addition, each workout begins with a warm up and ends with a cool down/stretch. Great workout Been using this system for about 3 months. I love it. I am 52 and had trouble with my old routine (lifting heavy weight). This system gives you strength and cardio in the same workout in about 20 – 30 minutes. I want more strength, so I start a level 2 then go to 3. After I feel comfortable, I increase weight and go back to level 2 then 3 and repeat. You won’t find a better workout for the time invested.

The Best This is simply the best Kettlebell (or any other workout) on the planet. This system builds power, strength, flexibility, cardio, core and hip strength and endurance. At level 4 the entire workout (warm-up and stretching) is 40-45 minutes. Where else is this possible in this amount of time? I’ve done every DVD out there and have been cardio/weight training for over 30 years. I can say with assurance that no program can touch this one. It’s not even close. Want more of a challenge? Up the weight…

Outstanding DVD This DVD really does a great job of running you through the exact positions you need to hit to perform kettlebell exercises safely and powerfully. The instructor is pleasant to listen to, and the routines are good as well. I only wish he made more dvds.
