Best workout poster! Love using this poster! If I gave any questions about the exercise or firm I just scan the bar code with my phone and get a demonstration of the exercise.

Useful quick reference during your workout Handy reminder for the exercises you know and a bunch more you probably don’t know. Most of the illustrations are easy to understand but for each exercise there’s a QR Code that links to YouTube Video. Quality paper, ink, and lamination. Put mine in a poster hanger and it has uncurled nicely. I’m not a graphic designer but seems to me black background for each cell is not best choice for ease of seeing, especially in dim light.
