Grand way to go nowhere I’ve been a serious cyclist, both road and mountain, for over 40 years. This is my first stationary bicycle.GENERAL. Sturdy and quiet. Both bars and saddle adjust up/down and fore/aft. To get a more upright position, I had to slide the bars rearward so that the “0” is 3 inches behind the arrow, but it works fine.
