Don’t buy the assembly assistance Love this. Whatever you do don’t buy the $90 assembly assistance. Waste of money!! It only took me 10 minutes to put this together. There are a total of 4 pieces to attach and that is it.

Amazing! This thing is amazing! I was looking into getting the DB Method when I found this. It seemed to me that it was more machine for like a 3rd of the price! I got it yesterday, put it together and did my first workout. After only 10 minutes of reps and stop, reps and stop I was sweaty and my heart was racing! It packs a punch for sure. It is a hard workout but it is so worth it and I can’t wait till I’m able to go longer! I fully recommend it. I’m going to alternate my workouts on this with…

Helps with proper form. I haven’t had this very long so my results are just beginning. I have always had trouble doing squats mostly because of balance problems. I felt I needed to build up my leg muscles to help in getting up off the floor etc. I had another type squat device but I couldn’t perform the squats and keep a proper form.
