So-so and no-no These are ok. The problem with them are the zippers down the side of the item. The problem with the Zippers are that they will cut you. I stopped using these because I received several cuts and scratches while using them and I simply had had enough. In addition to that – the foam inside of them squishes almost instantly and you will find yourself sitting on a thin piece of slippery cloth. Will NOT buy any more of these.
Junk. Foam is so soft/squishy it’s useless. Don’t be fooled by the good reviews! This thing is garbage. I’m returning it immediately. The foam is too soft to offer any real protection. I couldn’t even do pushups on it without my wrists hurting (something I use mats for regularly). The cover says it’s vinyl, but it’s cheap nylon that fits loosely. The Harbinger brand mat is only $9 more, and it’s a brand whose quality I can count on. This might work for a child’s plaything, but not for any actual athletic uses.
Affordable, good enough for now, but not going to last long-term Pros:- When you fold the three squares up, as it is designed to do, it stands independently and can be easily stored tucked beside/behind other furniture.- Handles make it easy to grab and move around.- Affordable- Plenty of cushion for exercises/stretches where pressure is more evenly distributed — lying on back or side, sitting, etc — for this 140 lb PT patientNeutral:- Enough cushioning to provide almost complete (but not quite complete) relief…
