Perfect for Baseball Pitchers These balls are perfect for helping with shoulder strengthening for a baseball pitchers program. My 12-year old son uses them and they have helped immensely. A must buy for any aspiring baseball player.

A pitcher’s tool Definitely a must buy if you have a youth pitcher. Was recommended by my son’s pitching coach. Aside from the J bands, son used it before his games and he said it definitely helped him loosen his arm.
