Wrong size but seems like decent kettlebell I don’t have a lot of time and am not into kettlebell competition so I typically do 2 hand swings. I have 3 Kettlebell Kings bells which are really nice but a little narrow for 2 hand swings. Needed to move up to a 70lb bell so thought I’d give this one a try based upon the description and reviews.Cons – They sent me the wrong kettlebell. I received a 65lb bell instead of a 70lb bell. Packaging and receipt all says 70lb but the bells is 65lb. Customer service correctly said…

It’s metal. Get one. It’s big, it’s metal, it’s heavy. They painted it and delivered it in a cardboard box filled with white styrofoam that the UPS guy destroyed. Even so, this cast iron beauty rolled into my life and filled my workouts with heavy turkish get up bliss. This item may also double as ammunition for a good sized black powder cannon. Good so far Good so far. I’ve used it for six workouts, which included KB swings, goblet squats, and farmer’s carries and lunges. The handles are smooth enough but I wear lifting gloves. This kicks my butt on high reps.
