The Tone Fitness Kettle bell Body Trainer Set includes three vinyl kettle bells, an exercise chart, and a trainer DVD. The Tone Fitness kettle bell has been redesigned for a sleeker profile and more comfortable grip. The handle has a smoother surface to allow working out without irritation to your hands. Working out with kettle bells sculpts and tones the entire body because lifting and controlling a kettle bell forces the entire body and specifically the core, to contract as a group. Kettle bell workouts engage multiple muscle groups at once, making kettle bells a great option for getting a whole body workout in a short time. These kettle bells are cement filled providing a more economical choice over the traditional cast iron made kettle bells. Warning: This product contains one or more phthalate chemicals known to the state of California to cause birth defects and other reproductive harm.

Product Features

  • INCLUDES – Contains 3 kettle bells (5 lb., 10 lb., and 15 lb. kettle bell), exercise chart, and DVD.
  • VERSATILE – Kettle bell training engages the entire body – particularly core muscles – for a sculpted, stable and toned physique.
  • CONSTRUCTION – This kettle bell is filled with cement and coated with vinyl, offering a more economical choice to cast iron kettle bells.
  • FEATURES – Generous wide opening handle for a comfortable grip and a flat bottom to prevent the kettle bell from rocking.
  • FUNCTIONAL – Perfect for swings, deadlifts, squats, get-ups, snatches and other athletic or cross training workouts.

Good home gym addition After a season with a personal trainer and lots of kettle bell use, decided to bring a set home. Honestly, the color was a factor here – the bright colors are, yes, attractive – but they also become sort of a mental trigger for which bell weighs what….maybe it’s the sweat talking, but somehow it helps in this household. The grips are big enough for the biggest hand, but with enough grip and lots of stability for a smaller hand. The fact that they are coated means an occasional clunk on the…

Workout momma! I started using these about 2 weeks ago. I do Insanity every 3 months (2 months for the program 3 months off) and during my “off” time I got pregnant! So even tho they say you can maintain your workout I don’t think Insanity is exactly pregnancy friendly with all the jumping so I got these to add weight to my regular workouts and make them a little more intense. I’m very pleased with the purchase and am looking for heavier sets so hubby can lift with me! The colors also catch my 1 yr old…

Great kettlebells, Overpriced DVD Great weight set. I docked a point because I chose to get the set that came with a DVD, thinking it would be an exercise video that would have some simple, introductory (full) exercises. Sadly it’s about 10 mins long just showing you a couple reps of a few exercises you can do on your own. That was apparently worth $10 more than just getting the kettlebells. What a waste. I wouldn’t have spent $2 on it. I recommend the kettlebells but save yourself $10 and just look up some exercises on YouTube.
