poor product and worse customer service I wore this heart rate monitor for less than a month (paired w/ a Garmin 230) before the sensors started to peel off, losing connectivity. I’ve tried to email their customer service. They requested more info, which I sent, then they stated that their warranty department is very behind and it may take a while (red flag) so I asked for a refund if I return the product. I really don’t want a second strap that breaks just as quickly. They have not responded to that email. It’s been over a month…

If yours doesn’t work, read this. It’s easy to use, not very large, has good range (about 15 feet for me), and works very well.I found that this one didn’t initially function at all. No lights, no detection. After a little online digging, I found that sometimes these get confused before the initial use and won’t start up the first time. The solution is to put the battery in backwards for a good ten-count and then put it back in correctly. The reason this works is that electrically, it shorts out the battery contacts…

Stay away from Wahoo products I had to order a new TICKR heart monitor as one that I had bought 2 years ago died. I’ll accept product failure. I decided to order the TICKR because I already had the BlueSC and RFLKT products. Both of which are useless, but did not want to have problems with other monitors working with the Wahoo products.
